Description

Far from typical dog kibble, Rachael Ray Nutrish Dish Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe With Veggie & Fruit Blend dog food is inspired by real recipes from Rachael Ray’s kitchen. It provides complete and balanced nutrition for dogs of all sizes, with tastes and textures dogs love.

Real chicken is always the number one ingredient (more on that below). Meanwhile, brown rice — a carbohydrate that′s low in fat but high in fiber — helps support healthy digestion and is a good source of energy.

Plus, there are real ingredients you can see in every bowl:

REAL CHICKEN PIECES are slow roasted with a real delicious meat texture and hickory smoke flavor — and they contain protein to help support healthy organs and maintain lean muscle mass.

COIN-CUT CARROTS are a source of fiber that helps support healthy digestion. Plus, they offer a tasty crunch.

FIELD PEAS are excellent sources of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber to help support healthy digestion.

CRISP APPLES are a tasty source of fiber and minerals, which help support overall well-being.

Order now to give your furry family member the nutritious, tasty and high-quality meal they deserve.

Q: Does this dog food have grain? I recently switched my dog to this Brand and Flavor and now he is itching. But he loves the food. Just trying to figure out if it's the food or the grain or ??

submitted by ter28 - 10 months ago
  • A: Thanks for reaching out. This recipe does include grains. We once did offer a grain free DISH recipe but it was discontinued in 2021 due to low consumer support. However, we would be happy to share with our internal teams the desire to see that grain free recipe returned to market.

Getting hard to find

My dog has been on this food for 12 years … It took forever to find a good dog food she would eat, due to her being so picky. I’ve been finding it very hard to get and need to know if this means that it may soon no longer be available. I truly hope not, as trying to switch her food now that she is over 12 years old will be very difficult. Please assure me that you will continue to produce this product. Thank you!

We have always used Rachael Ray for 5 years now, a year ago I switched my dog to the Rachael Ray Nutrish Dish and she loves it. The chunks of meat and vegetables, I feel like she’s getting a good meal without having to add in any of our groceries as a filler. I pour her food and she eats it right away or else it’s gone by the night. Yes she goes for the good stuff first and saves the kibble for last. I do wish target sold bigger bag options and that Rachael ray also sold bigger bags in general of this food

CHICKEN CHUNKS ALMOST NONEXISTENT

I buy the 11.5 pound bag for 2 of my shihtzus. At first they loved it, especially the big chunks of chicken. They looked for those and ate them first. Unfortunately, there are hardly any pieces in the food. My second bag, I think I counted less than 10 pieces. This bag lasts me about a month for them. They really don't get any chicken except for a few feedings. They are less and less interested. Will probably have to switch.

the price markup is INSANE

cfergirl - 8 months ago, Verified purchaser
my pup mostly loved it especially the mix of the meat chunks in it. i’m a little bothered that they use sunflower oil in it, it’s a seed oil that causes inflammation. they could use a cleaner oil in the food thats nutrient dense and isn’t harmful to dogs. my biggest complaint is the fact that it’s gone up 8$ in the last two months. i totally get inflation, but the mark up is insane. sadly i just don’t think it’s worth it for this brand of dog food anymore and we went ahead and switched back to iams.

SHE LOVES IT!!!!!!

My 11 yr old service belgium malinios is a picky eater. Today the small local pet store was closed. We usually feed Taste of the Wild w 0 grain. They only had one taste/selection of your food. I am on several Belgium Malinios facebook pages and have heard great reviews of both. However, she was dancing when I brought your brand inside. I've tried many K9 foods since she was 4 wks old. Usually she turns up (until she's starving) her nose at new food even when I mix old w/new. She loves it !!!! I also love the string for easy access as I have Transverse Myelitis and have trouble using scissors.

Love the food- don't like the peas

I have been feeding my dogs nutrish dish with chicken and they love the food but always leave behind the peas. Every dog that I've fed this food to does the same thing. I think that the peas are too hard and they can't chew them. They spit them out every time.

I have used blue buffalo for 5 yrs but in last 2yrs I had to switch to their Blissful belly formula. We noticed she would some times go all day with out eating it but just thought it was her mad at us for leaving her. We order her food every three months when I went to order more the price had almost doubled since we started her on it and I could not pay it anymore. So I grabbed some Rachel Ray Nustrish and she loves it! She doesn’t have any stomach issues anymore and she will wake me up in the morning to feed her now. Price is affordable and hope it stays that way!

My rescue dog could not move her bowels...no matter what we did or vet. I tried Gentile digestion and she has been going poops ever since. She is happy and out of pain. You saved her. Phoebe was kept in a cage for 6 years and lived on poops to survive. Now she is in our little heaven

My 20 lb, 12 year old beagle/daschund mix, was on the same lamb and rice food for over 11 years. I changed to this Rachel Ray Nutrish Dish, about 7 months ago. I am so pleased with the results, his coat is shiny and soft, and he really looks great! He really likes it, I think the veggies are a hit in it. I thought the chunks would be too big, but he has no problem eating it. There has been a noticable difference in him, the way he looks and feels. I would highly recommend trying this food.

My Senior Dogs Loves It!

I have a 15 year old Parsons Russell Terrier. He means the world to me. As he is very senior he has had a number of seizures and his appetite has not been good. I have been trying everything to make sure his weight stays up and it has been a daily struggle. My daughter feeds Nutrish to one of our other dogs. Aiden has never been a big fan of wet food, but he cannot get enough of Nutrish! I cannot tell you what a load this takes off of my mind. Thank you!

I decided to try this dog food about a month ago. Normally I will mix "Samson's" dry food with a can of wet to make it more appetizing. He normally will eat a little after I give it to him and then it will sit until later, and he will finish when he wants. When I give him Nutrish Dish, I add just a little water, and IMMEDIATELY he empties the bowl every time!! I guess he thinks I cooked something for him. I will definitely continue to feed him this! he clearly LOVES it!! Thank you!!
