    Awful people at Conagra

    Awful people! I used to look forward to eating this every week. This time while cooking, I thought one of my neighbors was burning plastic, then I realized it was my meal, so I thought I had somehow cooked a portion of the bag in my air frier. The next day after cleaning my air frier I opened the bag and this burning plastic smell was inside! My other foods I airfried also-ran now smell like burned plastic and my breath has had the burned plastic smell for two days. My calls to Conagra went to an Indian call center. They don't care and dismiss my concerns. Just awful people!

    An awful change

    These used to taste so good. We could taste the green beans. We didn't get them often because they're a little pricey for us and not exactly healthy. The last several bags taste terrible. Oily or burnt. We can't tell what changed but we're done trying. Shame because they were a favorite treat.

    Toxic. Get off shelves.

    Please get this off the shelves. This cannot be edible. Upon opening the bag they stunk like an auto shop. Baking them per instructions only made it worse. Did not even try to eat them. Stunk horribly like motor oil or melted plastic. Just wrong wrong wrong. Please do not eat this and definitely do not feed this to children. No nutritional value whatsoever. Definitely not fresh or crispy. In the trash they went.

    Take this off the shelf

    Oh my gosh I have never smelt anything so horrid and unappetizing as these. These are definitely not edible. Not fresh, or crisp, and they have a soggy texture. Upon opening the bag, these stunk like an auto shop. Smell was worse after cooking (followed the directions for oven). I couldn’t even get it close to my mouth without my nose hairs burning. From the looks of it, there was no salt. I added some before attempting to try them. I cannot say on how they taste as I couldn’t get past the stink. I smushed one in my hands, it was not crunchy or crispy in any way. It was mush. These seriously should not be sold in stores or on shelves. Seriously. Like motor oil or melted plastic. 🤢 P.s. sorry, the picture of them sucks because they’re in the trash, literally.

    Used to be better

    Weird smoky flavor all of a sudden, like charcoal grill? - fryer oil bad or needs changed? Really gross aftertaste last 4 or 5 times we’ve bought them. Used to eat them every week for years but they’ve been so weirdly inconsistent we will stop buying them. Sodium too high anyway. What happened??

    Tastes bad.

    Terrible smell and taste all of a sudden

    This was a go-to side for our family dinners and something has definitely changed. There is a terrible chemical smell and they are now inedible. We thought it was a one off and tried then again and it is just as terrible and cannot be eaten.

    Something is very wrong

    I am devastated. These used to be a go to for my family on busy week nights! My picky eater young kids loved them as did my husband and I. But then something changed and now they taste horrible and burnt and so disgusting. I kept thinking it was me over cooking them in the air fryer but it most definitely is not. They are really really bad. I’m not sure what changed, but I hope it can be fixed. Unfortunately, I can’t keep buying these with the current taste.

    What changed. Bad taste.

    We used to love these. Even my kids. The last two times we bought them, they smell and taste like burnt plastics we tried both air flyer and oven. Absolutely not edible. Tastes awful now.

    Someone’s wrong with them recently

    There’s sobering majorly wrong with something in these. The last 4 bags we’ve attempted to make have been horrid. Plastic burnt chemical taste and smell. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO SOME DIGGING! We’ve been buying these for forever I usually buy all the ones on the shelf when we go. So in the past few weeks (bought 4 cooked them they were horrid thought it was our air fryer) cooked other things in the air fryer that came out fine. Forward today bought 5 more bags hoping the last ones were a fluke AGAIN SAME HORROR SMELL as soon as they began to cook.

    Bad taste green beans

    My family loved these green beans but the last 3 bags have tasted bad and all were purchased at different times so something changed at the packaging plant. Now I don’t know if I will ever get them again

    Taste and smell like burned plastic

    I frequently buy these even though they are expensive. We just made some and they taste like burned plastic. Something is wrong with them. A recall is needed and I would like my money back. We threw them out.
