Best pregnancy pillow available!
I was given the total body pillow by Boppy as a gift from my mother-in-law after sharing I was having trouble sleeping while pregnant with my first child. It quickly became my life line throughout my pregnancy, every other pregnancy pillow I had bought and tried only ended up with me waking up sore from the pillow. With the Boppy total body pillow I no longer woke up aching, but instead woke up refreshed and vitalized as if I wasn’t heavily pregnant! Once my son arrived, I continued to use the pillow with both feeding and helping my son to sit up to help with digestion and reflux. Again the pillow has become a lifeline for not just me, but now for my newborn. I still use the pillow nightly, as it has helped with my postpartum body to recover from the toll pregnancy took. I couldn’t ask for a better pillow, and will be a lifelong Boppy customer for not only me, but my friends as well.

Comfy and won't lead to divorce
This pillow is fantastic! It’s so comfy for so many different positions and it doesn’t take up a ton of space in bed. My husband isn’t bothered by it at all, and men complaining about pregnancy pillows seems to be common. Every time I come to bed I also find one of the pets snuggled up with it, so it’s a hit with the whole fam. I don’t love the color choices- the white is pretty but gets dirty quickly. I wish you could buy additional pillow cases for it like you can the original boppy.

Meh
Was nice in the earlier weeks, but as time went the pillow went flat and didn’t offer much support. Belly support is nonexistent. I bought a mom cozy pillow and wish I bought that one to begin with.

Worth the try!
So far so good! I was having a lot of back pain while sleeping and a deep stiffness throughout my body when I wake. The first night of using the Boppy, I still had back pain, but when I awoke in the morning all stiffness was gone. It’s been very good ever sense. My only concern is how long the pillow will maintain its firmness.

Didn't work for me
I found the shape to be uncomfortable. Due to the curved head portion, this body pillow also has to function as your head pillow, and it wasn't very comfortable for that. I liked the amount of support it gave my legs to help with hip and back pain, but that's about the only thing I liked. I tried to use for a month or two, and ended up getting the Baby Bub support pillow which worked way better for me.

Great for side sleeping/shoulder pain

I appreciate that you can lay on your side and because of the design, there is space for your arm to go under the pillow without getting smushed, almost like a little bridge for it to go under. This means there is no shoulder pain in the morning for me, big win.

Disappointing
Not recommended. Very uncomfortable. The filling is uneven, some parts are high and other parts are too low. I had neck issues after trying to use sleep with my head on it. It would probably be better if the two pieces were separate. Very hard to maneuver as well

Just not for me :/
I was really excited to buy this, but it just disappointed me. The shape is awkward and doesn’t give me any support (my stomach doesn’t even reach the pillow no matter how many times I move it around, and then one of my knees is sky high because that’s the only area with support instead of throughout the entire pillow). Im on the smaller side (5’4, 115lbs) and I think a $10 body pillow will do the trick instead. I think if someone is a little bit bigger or maybe further than 20 weeks along this pillow would work fine, but I’ll be returning for something different.

No support for belly and felt like cheap quality
Returned immediately. Super cheap feeling and lumpy without support in the area for the belly. Seems comfy if you’re not pregnant but I’d not recommend for anyone in their 2nd trimester and beyond.

Wanted to love it, but...
I’ve been having hip and back issues with this pregnancy and wanted to get a pillow to help with sleep. I saw this pillow and wanted to love it, but it’s so flimsy and uncomfortable. I’m only 5’3” and the pillow was too short.

Still being used after 9 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it for a gift , my friend has one used it for 2 pregnancies and even after to stabilize the baby and even now the 6 year old uses it for a body pillow ! Still going strong just had to get a new pillow cover ! Going strong for 9 years . She definitely has gotten her moneys worth out of it
