Tillamook Mexican Blend Finely Shredded Cheese is shredded from the block for better flavor. Featuring medium cheddar cheese, medium white cheddar cheese, asadero and queso quesadilla cheese, this Mexican shredded cheese blend will be your favorite. These yellow and white cheese shreds are pasteurized, made from high-quality milk from cows not treated with rBST*. *The FDA has stated that no significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST treated and non-rBST treated cows.

The best cut of cheese ever

I LOVE this kind of cheese. The thick cut style shredded cheese is the absolutely best. It's hard to find this style cut in cheese, and it's so good. Packaging is easy to use too.

Taco night please.

My favorite for taco night. Great for nachos too. The bag keeps the cheese fresh and is easy to reseal. This is an appealing mix of colors and the mix has vibrant taste.

Cannot beat Tillamook! The farm style cut cheese is pure cheese that melts into the richest flavor. Works for late night snackin and quick week nighty dinners. Will add a deep creamy flavor profile that is perfect for any recipe (nachos, tacos, or even omelets).

This is by far my favorite cheese style and flavor! It is always so easy to store and such a great value for the quality you get from this cheese! I love the little kick it gives and it definitely does not give a bad aftertaste at all! All good quality ingredients!

I love cheese and can eat this one straight out of the bag! My family used this for cooking all the time and it’s great! It’s always fresh and melts down great!! You can mix it in or sprinkle it on top!

Worth it!

I absolutely love this cheese! It’s fresh and has fantastic flavor. It is heartier than other brands without the waxy texture. It’s like I just shredded it, but it’s conveniently packaged!
