This jump rope is very pretty. I like that it’s adjusts easily and the swivel handles makes me trip less than when I use my other jump rope. The rope is light, which makes it easier to travel with but it may be too light for my jump rope app to pick up the sound of the rope hitting the floor.

Im an ex athlete and after blowing out my ankle, then getting on birth control and being stuck in quarantine with depression my love for sports and working out disappeared while my weight grew. I like the lightweight of the rope, however it fell apart the first time I used it. The screw on the adjustable part came loose so it, the stopper, and the piece it screws into went flying off which meant the rope part came off from the handle. I’m not sure if I can return it now.
