Q: BCP Product Expert, you responded to a question in 2021 about the height from ground to 4th step, saying it is 39". But in 2025, you said 34" to the same question. Has the height changed in the past 4 years? And if not, what is the correct measurement?

I like its tall enough for my needs as far as changing a light bulb up on the ceiling. The thing I did not like when you folded it doesn’t lock so when you grab it you fingers get caught and needs a bar in between when it opens for more sturdiness when you climb it.

I’m very pleased with this ladder. It’s sturdy & holds steady. The steps are plenty wide enough for my not so small feet. And it’s the perfect height for me to be able to change my A/C filter in my apartment with high ceilings. It’s not “light” weight, but as a senior I can still move it around with relative ease. So, I’m happy.
