Directions were terrible. The back did not go on easily with the arms already on. My son had to take one side off to make the holes align. Written directions and maybe someone needs to check that the holes match before delivery. Missing a few caps for the holes.

The product photos definitely make this look black, but the description does say brown. I ordered anyway, and it is for sure brown lol. So not the cutest, but that’s fine. The back is short, and definitely forces you to sit up straighter. For the sale price, it’s worth it. I would not have paid full price though.

The chair is comfortable enough but it advertised neck support and a picture of a woman leaning her neck against the headrest, with maybe the slightest slouch. I’m a short girl- This is Impossible. One of the main reasons I wanted a chair was neck support. The rest of the chair is supportive enough that I still think it will help my slouching, but I’m disappointed by how it was advertised
