I bought this chair a less than a year ago for my desk that I hardly use but it still needed a chair. I’ve only sat in this chair maybe 10 times total in 10 months since I rarely use this desk, and I noticed the last time I sat in it that it slowly shrank down in height as soon as I sat down. My desktop was literally even with my shoulders. I was confused so I reset the chair and tried again and again and every time I sit in it, the chair slowly shrinks down in height. Come to find out that a third party sells this chair and there is a 90 day return policy. My last chair lasted me YEARS. This chair lasted approximately 10 SITTINGS. Now to spend more money on a new chair.

Just put it together, assembly was very easy, about 25 minutes, and comfortable seat, good height, strong back and overall nice chair for the money. Original price of $239.99 and bought it for $102.99 is a steal. You won't find a better chair anywhere for the price. I highly recommend. Just want to wait and see if the hydraulic stays firm. Often times chairs like this lose their hydraulics and the seats goes up and down when it should not. I have an open window for return so not concerned at this point. Great buy!!!!!

I am so incredibly disappointed. I want to love this chair but it took six of us and an unbelievable amount of force to get the holes lined up and get the screws in. Once we finally did, the seat itself is tilted. I love how it looks and wish I could exchange it for one that has the holes placed correctly. I assume I got a dud as others had no issues. If the seat wasn’t tilted and the holes had lined up, I would have given it five stars as it looks great, but what good is a crooked chair?
