Packaging Matters
Style = 100% Functionality = 100% I ordered three of these trays that were shipped to me. They were delivered with other items I had ordered in one box. All three of the trays were stacked with scratches because they weren't wrapped in protective packaging. Yes, they are made of plastic. However, I expect these NEW organizing trays to be in pristine shape whether they are purchased in the store or shipped as an online order. I'm not sure if the manufacturer no longer ships items in protective cardboard, etc. as a cost cutting measure, but these trays need to be sold in protective packaging. I returned the three trays and do not plan to purchase anymore plastic items from Target.
