Great product, bad packaging
So far I like the product, but the writing/design on the bottle started to peel off and shift after a few days of sitting in my shower. Mostly aesthetic, but considering the sensitive nature of this product, I can’t help but feel worried that the paint will come off on my hands and end up somewhere it shouldn’t.

Saved my V!
I’ve been using this for about a year and a half and I will never use a different cleanser ever again. I used to struggle with BV for years and was always self conscious to be intimate even straight out of the shower, but not anymore! This cleanser leaves me fresh ALL. DAY. It’s not just a game changer but truly a life changer. Ten out of ten. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed with a product.

It works!!
I’ve struggled with BV for 2 years. I’ve purchased 2 bottles of this wash and I’m more comfortable than I’ve ever been. It’s truly everything they say it is. I don’t normally write reviews but this was a life changer for me!

Good but larger bottle is the same 5oz
So I like this product, it's not irritating and overall does what it needs to do. I've always been slightly annoyed with the price! Such a small amount 5oz for $15. I was excited to see a new larger bottle for the same price thinking maybe they listened to their customers and gave us more. It's just a larger bottle but the same 5oz. Why? to make us feel like we are getting more? I still reccommend this product but annoyed with this.

Formula Changed!
I used this product of yeeears! Sadly will stop using this product. I bought a new bottle this year & it’s not the same, I still had some in the old bottle so I compared both, right away I noticed the color changed. This new formula does not lather at all, doesn’t even foam up & it’s more runny. Doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning.

Regarding the lathering, at Love Wellness, we use clean and organic ingredients that are sourced from numerous locations across the world, depending on which location has the highest quality of any specific ingredient. Since we use ingredients that are seasonally sourced, depending on the time, weather, and environment, there can be a slight change in the texture and smell from batch to batch of all of our products, pH Balanced Cleanser included. Additionally, we actively limit the amount of surfactants in this product, which means that it does have very low foam/if any at all. Foaming ingredients can be very stripping on sensitive skin, and our product is designed for all types of sensitivities. Therefore, this lack of lather is not anything to worry about!

I don’t recommend this product at all for sensitive skin or dry skin It has a very dry texture to the skin after you dry off also for the price, the bottle should not be that size to small

Save your money
I miss the old formula. I used use this wash everyday. This new formula is not the same. It made me smell kinda weird too. I stopped using the new purple bottle. Bring back the old formula please :,(
