Pourable
This is thinner than honey. Literally pourable. So thin a butter knife can't be used. I pour it on bread then spread it with the knife. I wouldn't be surprised if I could drink it with a straw (not an exaggeration). The ingredients state it's just peanuts but I've never seen natural peanut butter that doesn't separate. it's a little thicker at the bottom but there was no inch thick layer of oil at the top like other natural peanut butter. And I never have to bother to restir it; it doesn't separate. I wouldn't be surprised if the actual ingredients aren't just peanuts since it doesn't behave like it. If any consumer protection or food inspection people read this, please test. I'm serious, it's that suspicious.

Runny and hard to swallow
I was really looking forward to trying this, very disappointed. Even after vigorously stirring, the consistency was runny and flat. It was really hard to swallow due and stuck to my throat. Taste was not good either

This is excellent natural peanut butter. No sodium, no sugar, no added oils. Very easy to stir!! And organic!!! It's perfection!! I highly recommend this product. I've searched all over for healthy organic peanut butter and this is the best. Don't buy any other brand. Check the labels of others. VERY DISAPPOINTED
we usually buy Smuckers, Adams, Laura Skudders, Teddie, or Kroger brand natural (stir) peanut butter but tried this 28 oz Target Brand Organic recently. First: the label and item description could / should more clearly emphasize that the product has NO SALT. The difference between the two items is tremendous. Also: unlike the above-mentioned brands, this jar contained a rock-like lump of peanut butter at the bottom, buried in a pool of oil. We always laugh at the folks who comment on the need to stir real peanut butter because they are basically too lazy, but this product is very difficult to get blended. Anyway, we won't purchase again, mainly because of the NO SALT issue.

Just peanuts
Took a few times to get used to the taste but I like it now. Just a bit “sticky” in the mouth. Just needs to be stirred a little but then it’s just like regular peanut butter, but a tab more soupy than peanut butter that has oil, salt, and sugar added.
