There is a lovely selection of vegetables in the soup (reason for start) but the soup is extremely watery. Lots of spice, but no flavor? And it is not a chowder. It is broth at best.

Would not buy again
This soup was a little weird. I tried eating a few bites as-is, but the overall flavor & texture wasn’t very pleasant. So I used an immersion blender to puree it, passed it through a fine sieve to make it extra smooth, and added a tiny splash of white vinegar (a squeeze of lime would have been better). This thickened the soup and made it much more palatable.

I used to like this soup, but the most recent can i opened was off. The soup was not liquid but firm. I did not feel safe eating it so i threw it out. Ever since the company revamped their labels, the quality has gone downhill.

Idk about this one…
My favorite soup is corn chowder and I thought I would give this one a go. I bought it a few times and r here was something so weird about it that I couldn't figure out? It left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know what it was but out of all the corn chowders I've had I'd give it a two for flavor. I guess if it's organic it can gain some stars for quality and it wasn't very expensive but it simply wasn't great.

They Really Hit the Yass Button with This One
This soup is SCRUMPTIOUS. Garlicky with just a tiny bit of heat. Put a little cheese on top and it's a real Ratatouille moment. It's also delicious as a dip with corn tortillas or chips.

Favorite canned soup of all time. Flavorful, not too spicy, and creamy. You can definitely feel the spice and I eat spicy food. It’s certainly not too much if you’re used to spicy food, otherwise be prepared for the heat. My go to side for easy meals. I’m addicted, and look at the ingredients!! I understand everything in the label and it’s even made with organic ingredients. Any canned soup is like half your sodium intake for the day, but if you’re good about what you eat, then it’s no biggie whatsoever. 100% recommend, worth a try. It makes me want to try other soups by this company, but I’m just so content with this soup I haven’t wanted to try anything new.
