  • A: All of our labels say "Do Not Freeze" because the product will change texture once it is frozen; even if you try to re-liquefy the product, it will no longer have the same texture and it will not be as enjoyable. That's why we don't recommend freezing our products.

    Recent disappointing experience

    I have been buying the organic unsweetened almond milk for a long time. Recent experience got me concerned unlike anything I had before. Opened the cap and saw pale clear water and it was not a white skim milk like liquid which I am used to. It tirned into thick yogurt like substance after shaking the bottles. Expiration date is 9/2026, bought 8 bottles from one of the local reputable supermarkets last week. There has been novresponse from Califia sending emails with photo 2 ocassions. Their Zendfile also blocking the emails and same from the contact page from their web site. We are taking our business elswhere with other brand.

    Bought a couple bottles of the unsweetened almond milk besides the taste of little salt and the color. It’s pretty much watery tasteless. Definitely need more almonds.
