    Extremely Disappointed – Very Poor Quality

    I am honestly extremely disappointed with the quality of this 16 oz kids’ tumbler. It has been less than two weeks, and the tumbler already has a significant dent from normal everyday use. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product specifically marketed for children. For the price of this tumbler, I expected it to be durable and able to withstand regular use. Instead, it looks damaged after only a couple of weeks. I have purchased plenty of kids’ cups and tumblers before, and I have never experienced quality this poor this quickly. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product only to have it become damaged almost immediately. A kids’ tumbler should be made to handle everyday wear and tear, not look damaged within two weeks. Very disappointed with this purchase and the overall quality. I would definitely think twice before purchasing this product.

    Silicone Gasket Develops Mold Despite Daily Washings

    I bought two of these in different colors for my kids. One of the silicone spout gaskets developed spots. My nightly routine is to wash water bottles, so mold should not have developed. I tried to replace the spout gasket directly through the Owala site, but they were out of stock, and I haven't been emailed yet months after doing the "Notify Me" thing. I tried to email Owala's contact email, but only got an AI generated response that was no help whatsoever.

    Low quality

    I have multiple owalas from 1-2 years ago. I got this one recently and it broke after just a few weeks of using it. They sent me a replacement and it just broke again after just one week. The lid just keeps breaking off completely and then it’s not usable. The ones I bought years ago are in great condition still even after dropping it.
