    Poor quality.

    At first the mirror looks great, but it’s actually poor quality and not made well. The bottom corner had a crack and the adhesive on one side separated from the actual mirror. Went to make an exchange and checked the corners again and found it was cracked as well. Do not purchase.

    Second time I received this mirror broken. Target customer service said they would have a carrier come pick up the return given accessibility issues I have in taking it back to the store. They never provided a return shipping label for the appropriate carrier. When I followed up via email the customer service rep told me to schedule a pick up but the link they provided took me to a page that had an error message. I am still waiting for assistance from Target customer service who is yet to issue me a refund or send a carrier with a prepaid label to retrieve the broken item.

    Done with target

    I’ve been a loyal target shopper for years. I’ve watched as the company has lowered quality and raised prices on all of their items, as their stores have become increasingly understaffed, and as they phased out cash back towards future purchases. I knew it was against my better judgment to continue shopping here but I recently moved and need a lot of items. The first piece I got from target, this mirror, ensured I will not be getting any other of the items I need from them. First I sat at the drive up for over half an hour because, even during the holiday season, they insist on understaffing. Once finally home with the mirror, the bottom piece fell off. I’ve seen better craftsmanship from literal children. For over $100 I’m disgusted and I’m done.
