Q: Is the mirror surface glass or plastic? Is it flexible?

A: Hi Brandon, the mirror is glass with aluminum coating in the back, it's regular mirror not plastic. Thanks!

Q: The back of the mirror references two brackets, but the one I received only has one bracket on the right side. Is there supposed to be a bracket to lock in the easel on both sides?

This mirror arrived broken! The mirror was not packaged properly. It was put in a large box and not wrapped in anything, no cushion, no padding...nothing. There is a piece of bubble wrap but as you can see there is no way it could protect the mirror.
You get what you pay for but...

This product, which looks like it should be great, is extremely poorly made. I ordered the first mirror and it arrived with the glass not attached to the frame. So I exchanged it. The second mirror arrived in an oversized box, with no protection, and the frame was broken in three places. Save yourself time and aggravation and DO NOT ORDER THIS
