Horrible

I went by the reviews and I wonder if these reviews are even true/ genuine. This is a cheap plastic junk and the worst thing is it doesn’t even ride on wooden floor. As my toddler tries to pedal, the wheels just spin at one place without moving forward because the plastic has no friction at all.

Great customer service

We haven’t tried it yet… hope I can adjust this review later. I didn’t assemble appropriately and therefor couldn’t finish. I emailed Jaaks customer service about the issue and they sent me parts right away! Really appreciated that.
