The red cheeks and crying happen when you pretend- check its temperature with the included toy thermometer, pressing the thermometer to the doll’s forehead makes the cheeks light up red and the doll will cry or make baby sounds as if it’s “sick. Missing accessories. Don't order with shipping

I ordered this with shipping. Arrived missing thermometer and syringe accessories. Those are the accessories that make the baby light up and make noise! It’s packaged with plastic ties around them to hold the accessories in place but it seems like someone took them out. The people packing the shipping order sent it like that. I bought another baby doll that came with accessories from this same collection and it was also missing some of the accessories like the food jar.
