Garden Republic Herb Garden Seed Kit

Had to return because seed packets were missing!

Was missing the 9th herb, I only received 8 and mint was expected based on the item description but was not listed as an herb provided on the actual packaging. Not worth the purchase.

The kit is cute and I bought it becuse it was on sale. However, there wasn't a packet of Thyme in the box, instead it was peppermint. And...there are only 15-25 seeds per packet. A small amount for a very small herb garden. The directions said to soak the seeds overnight. I put them in cups and added water, then the next day poured the water and seeds in the planter. Some of the seeds were so small they stuck to the bottom of the cup and it took a few swishes of water to get them to all pour out. It's been about a week, and so far the basil has started to spout. I was a little disappointed that the wooden stakes didn't have the names of the seeds printed on them. I had to get a sharpie and write it myself.

Cute box and packaging! As for Seeds you get maybe 5-10 seeds that do not germinate. Waste of effort so if you want an herb garden try fresh seeds from local garden center.

This seed kit seemed like a great value. We planted only basil to start and got excited when we saw growth. However, now that the plant is about a foot high, we noticed it is absolutely not basil. It is a weed that is not even edible. Not sure if this was an accident by the company or if they are scammers but we will be returning.

Multiple packets are missing seeds

I felt like I got ripped off with this pricy item. The seed packets contained almost no seeds. Basically you are paying for a nice little box with wooden stacks. Wish I had not purchased.

Very cute packaging! Four seed packets were like dust. No seeds. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

This kit is pretty neat.
