This came broken TWICE. First time the frame was broken (very flimsy frame). Second time it had no padding on the sides so it was sliding around inside a big box and it came with the glass shattered.

Reconsider, picture size is incorrect! Doesn't hold photos properly!
Frame it self is nice and a nice strong structure. However the photo sizes it notes it can hold is not accurate!!!! First off, photo sizes they list are too large, opening in the cutout is much smaller. I literally had to tape each photo so they don’t fall down. Also, the backing of the frame does not have frame holders along the entire back of the frame. So that doesn’t help photos from moving, hence the tape. If I wasn’t in a rush for a gift, I definitely would return this.

Fragile Frame
I ordered one for pick up and the frame was damaged. When I went in the store, the other two on the floor were also damaged. I ordered on for shipping, and it was terribly packed, so no surprise, the frame was damaged. It's unfortunate, because it's a great size and looks good, but the frame is terribly made.

Arrived Damaged Twice and Still Disappointing In Store
I ordered this frame twice online and both arrived damaged, cracked frame, scratched glass and loose corners. I finally bought one in store just to get the project finished, and even that version is poorly made. The backing doesn’t stay secure and the glass cover shifts whenever you move it. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. I ended up spending more time trying to make it usable than it was worth. Save yourself the frustration and buy a sturdier frame elsewhere.

Absolute piece of junk. I received it as a gift with the pictures already in place. They have to be taped in. Top part of frame pulls away from backing and there is nothing to hold the top part of the backing to the top of the frame. I tried adding cardboard and it just created more of a gap. I wouldn't hang this. I'll buy another frame.

Great design, horrible quality
The design for this frame is perfect but the materials and the construction are horrible. The frame was lightly bumped and then fell off the wall and the wood broke. On top of that, the backing is flimsy and never securely held the pictures in. I do not recommend this frame, especially now that it has gone up from $30 to $40!

How does this have a 4.0 average? Inherently faulty.
Rarely do I want to call a product below average.... This shouldn't have one star. Absolute cr*p. The backing of the frame would not sit beneath the back of the frame, so there was no way for me to hang it or align the photos. The hanging hooks are attached to the backing, and the hook side has NO turn buttons to keep the backing in place. The others are the kind that you just rotate to where they slip under the frame, so they won't hold pressure on the backing. If I were to hang it, of course it would pull right out. No wonder frames are falling off walls. Additionally, there was some sort of misalignment that caused the backing to bulge out no matter how much I adjusted it.

Fell apart within hours

Great but Frame is Flimsy
Great photo layout. Other reviews were right. The frame itself is flimsy. I only feel confident about it after using command strips to hold it up. Can’t use just the brackets unless you reinforce the frame somehow. I’d still buy it again.
