Hi Goods24 - We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Our Generation Doll Perla. It sounds like you received a defective product as it's very unusual for a doll to have hair that is stringy. We do have suggestions on how to manage the Our Generation dolls' hair that you might find helpful. How To Brush Our Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide my hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of my hair and then moving up. 3. Mist my hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve my curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style my hair. Separate a small section of my hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding my hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage my hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on my hair. 9. Always keep my hair away from extreme heat. Sincerely, Team Battat

My daughter thinks she is the prettiest dolly that looks like her that she's ever had. Her eyes open/close and her limbs are easily moveable to sit her up or stand her up. Her clothing is so well made. The best part is that there are countless accessories available to purchase as add-ons. My daughter is thrilled with her long-haired doll Perla. I definitely recommend this doll for collectors, doll lovers and people of all ages!

She still plays with baby dolls and Barbies. The quality of the doll is great. Very sturdy doll. Her hair is long and seems to be of great quality as well. She comes with a few accessories, which are all hair accessories. Her eyes close when you lay her flat on her back Like a normal baby doll. My daughter really enjoyed this doll.

The doll looked a lot like her which she loved. Things we were not fans of was the packing. I cut myself on the box and way too much to get the doll out. Things we loved- the doll looked like her. The dolls hair was so soft and silky. The outfit accessories were cute. The little book teaches her how to braid hair. I can’t wait to get her more in the future.

The size is 18 inches, my 4 year old granddaughter just loves it, the hair is so long , and it comes with colorful extensions that she can place in the hair. She has been busy playing with it for an hour now, so it's a hit with her.. also, the eyes go up and down .

It’s super cool, if I was a kid I’d absolutely love it which my daughter does. Before I could even show her she seen it laying in my room and opened her up and started playing with it. It has hair extensions, hairbows, a bow and a hairbrush to go with it.
