Q: DOES HAIR GET MATTED OR FRIZY IF BRUSHED?

A: Yes, it does. It's just like barbie hair. If it sleeps with the child or gets washed or brushed, it's ruined. I haven't found a way to bring it back to it's original neatness or shine, and I've tried every trick recommended. It just gets worse with time.

All the Our Gen dolls are beautiful and Tania is no exception. We love doing their hair and exchanging clothes. There are just 2 issues to feedback, one is quite a few have got loose round the neck so the head spins, and two, I wish they could sit down without having to spread out their legs.

Hair hard to style n colored hair falls out
Would love ones for a handicapped child that could play with the small pieces. Hair keeps falling out..not cool for a child who has the hair pulling disease. Your packaging with elastics ruined some of her hair

Hi Chelsea - Thank you for your feedback. Here are some tips on haircare that you and your little one should find helpful: How To Brush OG Doll Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide the hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of the hair and then moving up. 3. Mist the hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve the curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style the hair. Separate a small section of the hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding the hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage the hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on the hair. 9. Always keep the hair away from extreme heat.

Bald spots
Changing the dolls hair styles as it’s meant for results in multiple bald spots and the growing hair portion has a big hole in the head. Not well designed. Hair got super messy and knotty within 30 minutes of my child trying to create hair styles
