Bald spots
Changing the dolls hair styles as it’s meant for results in multiple bald spots and the growing hair portion has a big hole in the head. Not well designed. Hair got super messy and knotty within 30 minutes of my child trying to create hair styles

Hi 5Ts - Thank you for your comments. Your feedback on the doll's bald spots has been shared with the design and engineering teams. We have some suggestions for getting the hair back under control. We hope you find them useful! How To Brush OG Doll Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide the hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of the hair and then moving up. 3. Mist the hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve the curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style the hair. Separate a small section of the hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding the hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage the hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on the hair. 9. Always keep the hair away from extreme heat

Beautiful doll, broken button
My daughter loves this doll so much! the only problem is that her hair won’t release. We twisted the knob to shorten it a little and the button is broken. That’s the only reason I dropped it two stars, cause it’s kinda her selling point. that being said, we still love her, she’s our fav!

I don't feel like the additional hairpieces or the hair wind up on the back were well made. Therefore, those features aren't the focus of my child. Quality high end doll with endless possibilities

The doll is really sturdy. It stands up and sits down without support. Her eyes open when standing or sitting upright and closes whenever she’s laying down. Her hair is so soft and silky and she’s a decent size doll. I was expecting a much smaller doll. The hair clips and hair extensions that she came with are so much fun to use. My daughter put it in her own hair to match the doll it’s such an adorable added touch of fun and creativity. My daughter is 15 years old and thank goodness in this time and age she still loves and enjoys styling and playing with dolls. I highly recommend purchasing this for any little girl or teen that likes to be creative and innovative.

Great doll for little girls

It came with hair pieces she put in to match her doll. The only thing I would change is the dress, but honestly, I can easily pick one up from the store. The doll seemed to be the same size as a mylife doll. The doll has a pretty easy turn knob on her back to adjust the length of hair.
