Bald spots
Changing the dolls hair styles as it’s meant for results in multiple bald spots and the growing hair portion has a big hole in the head. Not well designed. Hair got super messy and knotty within 30 minutes of my child trying to create hair styles

Hi 5Ts - Thank you for your comments. Your feedback on the doll's bald spots has been shared with the design and engineering teams. We have some suggestions for getting the hair back under control. We hope you find them useful! How To Brush OG Doll Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide the hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of the hair and then moving up. 3. Mist the hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve the curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style the hair. Separate a small section of the hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding the hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage the hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on the hair. 9. Always keep the hair away from extreme heat

Great product for kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun idea! The hair is incredibly soft and silky, which is unexpected for a kids toy. My almost 4 year old loved the idea of the retractable hair, but got frustrated when it actually only retracted a few inches instead of all the way. I will say that she might have more fun with this in a few months — she’s at the “I can do this by myself” age where she’s too stubborn to actually learn how to style or braid from someone else, but instead claims she knows how to do it then get flustered when the finished product is nowhere close to expected. As a suggestion, I think adding clips to the ends of the extensions would go a long way in helping the user experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is in love with Tina! She's so beautiful, and we have so much fun changing her hair extensions and styling her hair. I typically wear my hair teal, so my daughter was so excited to have a doll that "looks like mommy" lol. My oldest has had an Our Generation doll for years, and I was going to get one for my middle daughter for her birthday anyway, so this was perfect timing. My box was definitely opened and tampered with when I got it though which is definitely new, and disappointing, but.luckily everything appears with still be in the box.

It's a great doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll itself is cute! The dress on it though is less than great quality than what we are used to seeing on these kinds of dolls though. It is also very clear this was potentially a returned item since the box was ripped in spots and it looks like the glue tabs had been pulled up and the doll was cut out of the box. The hair even though it is still tacked down is messier than what these dolls usually look like brand new. Everything was in the box and the hair even though it was messy is still so cute.
