Q: How can I go about getting the remainder that is still left over from a bottle? I don't want to throw it out but the pump does not dispense the amount left tover.

Unfortunately, that also makes it difficult to get all of the product out of the packaging because it’s denser and not as watery. Our pump uses the largest diameter dip tube barrel (the straw that draws the product up) available. Since the lotion is very thick and rich it leaves a hollow (similar to a straw in a milkshake) area around the pump. The bottom of the lotion bottle must be tapped from each corner on a hard surface while being held upright so that more lotion is moved under the pump. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Some of our Gold Bond Lotions / Creams are also available in a tube for your convenience. I am always washing my hands and they end up dry and sometimes crack. I picked up a little tube of this and I will never use anything else. After a few days my hands were no longer dry and cracked. They are so soft and smooth! I highly recommend!

Gold Bond Healing hand cream is good for dry and extra dry skin. It has a thick and rich texture, so it moisturizes your hands pretty well. Has very light fragrance smell. Package is easy to use one and keep in your car. The only downside side for me is it is not absorbes as fast as I like so have to wait couple minutes or you feeling stickiness.

This is a great basic lotion to keep at home. Works wonders on dry cracked feet and dry elbows. Can sometimes make your skin feel a little sticky if you put too much on but otherwise super soft and effective. Love that it's unscented so even better for sensitive skin.

Thank you for reaching out to us! To obtain the lotion, periodically during the use of the product, tap the bottom of the lotion from each corner on a hard surface while holding the bottle in an upright position. This will allow more lotion to be moved under the pump.

They changed the body lotion and the aloe chamomile powder. Both are inferior products compared to the originals and now I must find replacements for both. It's sad, as I have used these Gold Bonds products for many years, but now, no longer!
