Love the lotion, the pump does not work
I love the gold bond products. I’ve been using the cocoa butter glow for the past month and I really like it. Unfortunately, with many of these products, the pump does not work, which makes it very difficult to get the lotion out of the container.

Great for very dry skin
This lotion does a great job with my very dry skin. It is a thick lotion but it absorbs right away. The lotion will also last about 36-48hrs. Though I think I lather on more than the average person. The smell reminds me of summer. I highly recommend for those with dry skin and the cheaper lotions do not work. I have been using this lotion for years!

Possible Reaction to Product
I have always loved Gold Bond products. I bought this when I ran out of the Eczema Relief that I used for my sensitive skin. I loved how my skin stayed so smooth for the whole day. Since I trusted the other products I’ve used, I didn’t think twice about buying this or check the ingredients. Unfortunately, there is something in this that I think seriously triggered my skin with serious itching as this is the only thing that changed over the month. Please keep this in mind if you have any sensitivity to fragrances and the like. I’m so disappointed because I really liked the way it initially felt on my skin.

You can do better!
I have always used Gold Bond products, however now that I am 75 years old, I cannot use this as the pump is useless, too hard to depress.Put it in a jar so older people can just scoop it out! I will not be buying it again

Too Thick to Pump
Worst product packaging ever. It is too thick to pump out. It’s like concrete. I tried holding the container under hot water and everything. And there is no way to actually send an email to anybody connected to the lotion who should be aware of the issue. Very disappointed. It’s frustrating that more and more companies just do not want to deal with customers.

PUMP NOT LONG ENOUGH
I love this lotion but for heavens sake make the pump longer so we can actually get 70% more of the lotion u brag about on the bottles! U r not making us go buy more of it, u r just inconveniencing ur customers to have to cut bottles in half to get all of it, this isnt a Target issue this is a manufacturing problem of who ever is making this product!! I know im not the only one dealing with this issues?

Hate the pump! Its can’t dispense quickly because its so slow to rise. Still, keeps my skin from being ashy, no sticky or residue feeling. My tattoos look hydrated and vibrant. I like to apply it while im still a bit wet from the shower. Absorbs quickly. Formula is great, but the pump is awful.

Gold Bond Changed the Formula
Gold Bond, why did you ruin this lotion? It used to be so good (one of the best on the market) and now it’s terrible. It’s a watery mess that doesn’t absorb into the skin and definitely doesn’t moisturize or hydrate. It doesn’t have the shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter smell anymore. Just awful! This was my go to lotion for years, but I will never buy this lotion or another product from Gold Bond again. Yikes! If anyone is reading this and thinking about buying this lotion, please don’t. Mmmm

Great lotion
I love this lotion! It is great on my skin, gives me a nice glow and immediately gets rid of "alligator skin". It is very thick and creamy. My only complaint is that when you get towards the bottom of the bottle it's impossible to pump out. I always end up taking the top off and digging the lotion out. Please make a better pump system for the lotion. Or maybe put a different top on and make it a squeeze bottle.

Formula Change
This was my go-to lotion for years but they seem to have changed the formula. They used to promote the Shea butter aspect of the formula but now they’re highlighting the cocoa butter. I assume they’ve started putting less Shea butter and more cocoa butter. I put this new formula on my feet and my feet feel dry again instantly. So disappointed

Nice lotion. Fragrance isn't too strong. Skin feels so soft after using, BUT this lotion is THICK and can be hard to spread. Because of how thick this lotion is and how hard to spread it is, I really only use this after a shower at bed time. During the day when I need a quick pump of lotion for hands, I reach for something else.
