    Did the recipe change?

    I don’t know what they did to the recipe, or if I got a bad box, but I remember the caramel layer being way more pronounced. It used to pull away and string from the bar, or at least the ones that I had did. Now it’s just another layer that blends in. I used to come back for the taste and texture because it was an amazing experience, now the bar is about as average tasting as you could get. You can’t sell your bars at a premium if the experience is average.

    Little to no "protein bar taste"

    I don’t get the Snickers like others say due to the lack of peanuts (they’re pieces), but it’s a solid protein bar that doesn’t have that horrible after taste or texture. It’s like eating a very low sugar nougat part of the Snickers bar with the tiniest bit of what I think is caramel. I’d recommend this, I could probably eat this daily if it weren’t so pricey, so I’ll be alternating between this and protein powder for post-workout protein.

    Hits right at that chocolate bar craving yet leaves me satiated without the blood sugar crash. Game changer. This flavor is so close to a snickers bar it’s insane. The only downfall is the price for 4, so I try to get them on sale.
