Worst product ever and now stuck with a lot.. the quality of plastic is so bad that it just rips

Good quality but so expensive

The bag tore on me 2 times and it was very unpleasant having to manually scoop out each individual diaper inside the diaper pail. The bag must’ve gotten thinner bc I’ve noticed the color of the bag isn’t opaque anymore. Makes sense they would cut corners on quality. Such a shame. I will not recommend this product to anyone. You’re better off getting an off brand and using regular kitchen trash bags.

All you need to do is pop them in the bottom of your diaper gene and pull up the first bag.The bag is nice thick to keep odors locked in but stretchy material. It was super easy to attach to the top of pail, and nice & thick enough that it doesn’t rip/tear when attaching, which is our current problem when using other brand refills. Definitely recommend so much better then a non brand refill!

They’re perfect for what we need and I’ve never had one break or tear, even when they’re pretty full. Replacing the bag is also super easy and takes no time at all, which is especially nice when you’re changing diapers constantly with a baby. They’ve made diaper disposal so much easier for us and I honestly have nothing bad to say about them. Definitely something I’m happy we have! Upon receiving this diaper pail accessory, I noticed the compact design and how easily it fit into my diaper genie. These refills were very beginner friendly and easy to use according to the instructions given. Changing and replacing the refill bags was easy enough to do so one handed while handling the filled bag. The refill bags did extremely well at managing diaper odors as the diaper genie is situated in our bedroom and I did not notice an odor from the diaper genie while using these bags. These refills have aided in my everyday routine and have made diaper changes and disposing of my diapers extremely easy and efficient. I would recommend the diaper genie and these specific refill bags to any first time parent looking to find a way to dispose of their diapers.

They are good quality and I would rebuy them because I like how well they hold together. But I do think they should be significantly cheaper. The only thing I don't like about them is the price.

So when Stellar Product Testing Panel sent me the new refills, I said hold the diaper! They are super convenient. I opened and dropped the box in the diaper genie whilst opening the first bag. It is thicker than the ones I was using before and does a better job of locking in the stink, trust me that is no small feat. And it’s a pretty decent size for containing bigger diapers. Once the bag is full, you pull it out and tear off, the empty bag is ready to cover the diaper genie tray. You dont have to gross yourself out and reach deep within the pail to get a new bag. And that’s it! You’re all set! With a squirmy baby, the less you have to do the better and that’s exactly the convenience I received. 10/10. Will always rely on them for crappy situations.

They do a great job keeping odors contained (I've never noticed a scent) and I love that the bags are blue and opaque, so you can't see what's inside. They're super easy and quick to replace. As my baby's diapers have gotten bigger, I do feel like i'm replacing the bag more often, but honestly, that probably helps with the odor too. All in all, I would recommend these bags and can't imagine using anything else!

I’ve been using the Diaper Genie refills with my baby, and overall I’ve been happy with them. The refills are really easy to put in and I like being able to just toss dirty diapers in the pail instead of having to take the trash out constantly. The bags also hold a good amount before needing to be changed, which is definitely helpful with how many diapers we go through. I do wish the odor control was a little stronger. You don’t really notice much smell with the lid closed, but there is some odor when you open the pail, especially when it’s getting full. Other than that, they’re convenient, easy to use, and have made diaper cleanup a little less annoying.

To replace the refill, simply remove the perforated tab and insert the box into the bottom of the diaper pail. When it’s time to change the bag, tie the full bag closed, pull it out of the pail and tear along the perforated line to separate it from the next bag. Right off the bat I could tell that the Diaper Genie bag material is noticeably thicker than other bags I’ve tried. This helps prevent the bag from tearing easily and spilling dirty diapers when removing or transporting a full bag. It also helps manage diaper odors very well while inside and outside of the diaper pail. I’m guilty of letting the bags get a little too full on occasion so I really like that the bags hold up with a little extra pressure. The thicker material gives me one less thing to worry about on the busy days when the diaper pail gets full or a tied-up bag doesn’t make it outside to the garbage can right away.

I absolutely loved how quick and easy it was to place this can of refill bags into my diaper pail! I have a 2 month old at home so I don’t have a ton of time to fuss with something and this made it so easy. The instructions were very clear and it only took me 5 minutes to set up. The design is very straightforward, just put the refills in the bottom of the can and you’re all set! Disposing of the dirty diapers is much easier and faster which is a huge win! My son is just now starting to have smelly diapers but these bags completely contained the smell! The best part is that you don’t have to dig around to pull out the next bag, it automatically pulls up when you empty out the full bag. Now I don’t dread emptying out the diapers anymore!

I find the whole system so easy and convenient to use. I toss dirty diapers in, the pail and bag lock the odor away, and I just tie the bag and toss it out when it's full. I like how the old bag pulls up the next new one for me. The hardest part is remembering that I have to flip the pail over to put a new roll in because they last me so long. I didn't notice that much had changed from my last refill roll to this one other than a slight color difference and I think the new bags are slightly more opaque.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The redesigned diaper genie bags have transitioned from the pinch and twist to a clamping system that yields much less waste. The bags are easy to use. You just put the container in the bottom of the can and pull up. You’ll want to make sure you push your diapers down to get the full volume of the bag. We did have some runs in the bags when pulling them out, but never full sized holes. Also you can smell the diapers when it opened but not when it’s closed. The refill bags are easy to install at the bottom of the diaper pail. I’m easily able to throw about 14 diapers in a bag. I could stuff more but I like to have some space to tie up the bag. Even though the bag is unscented, I’m not able to smell anything in the baby’s room, which is great. I highly recommend the product and would advise on getting a bigger refill size if it’s cheaper. I’ve used the Diaper Genie platinum pail for a year and it’s been great!

You can fit two containers of bags into the bottom of the genie at a time. When the bag is full, you simply pull out the old, full bag and then next one pops up, ready to be attached. It makes it easy to quickly change out the diaper bags, especially when caring for a baby where time is limited!
