Q: How large is the actual opening? I am thinking to use this for cat litter disposal, and wonder what size scoop would be able to push open the flap to dump clumps into bag.

  • A: The opening is about 6.9". Please note that there is a hub, designed to block odors once you open the lid.     headache and trash bag saver

    I actually bought this for my two 12 week old puppies while potty training and it’s been an absolute game changer. I just clean up the mess and put it in the diaper genie instead of having to waste an entire trash bag or run to the bin outside every time.

    Falls a lot

    While it does lock in odors, the design is not the best. When you put the refill diaper container in, it always ends up falling from where its supposed to sit and its very inconvenient to have to snap it back in every single time I change a diaper.
