A: This thing is ridiculously hard to open There needs to be added instruction to say… place the opening of the device lid away from your body and then use the thumb lips to push open. It will not and I mean will NOT open if you try to open the lid with the lid opening facing you.

A: Can I put WaterWipes in a wipe warmer/wipe dispenser?
No. We do not recommend that WaterWipes are removed from their pack and transferred to any another container, nor should the pack be over-warmed. They are a fresh product and should be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend WaterWipes are used within 4 weeks of opening.

Breaks quickly
I used this for about 10 weeks with my first child 1.5 years ago and just plugged it in to use for my second child. It worked for about 1 hour but made the wipes scalding hot. When I woke up in the middle of the night it had stopped working altogether. Waste of money!! The warranty is only for a year too. I got almost no use out of this product and don’t like that you can’t control the temperature. Also when you pull wipes out it pulls open the entire lid.

Dont buy-waste of money.
I disliked this product the wipes were not warm at all. Very minimal warmth only for a quick moment it feel warm then it’s colds right after. Waste of money. Will be returning product. I don’t like that the light doesn’t turn off either.

Way too bright
I much prefer the other munchkin wipe warmer to this one. This looks sleek but the nightlight can not be turned off and is super bright. If you like to keep your baby’s room dark, this will not work. Even if I cover it with a blanket the light shines through. It is hard to open as well as it seals really well but there are no lock/unlock features on the side and requires force to open so you need both hands. If that was all I didn’t like, I’d still keep it, for me the night light is the biggest issue. I got rid of the box though so now I don’t know that I can return.

This product was designed by someone who never met a baby. It’s ideal if you want a wipe warmer to only warm half of a wipe while also being bright enough to use to land an airplane. There’s no off switch on the light either.

It’s impossible to get wipes out of it, the next wipe doesn’t automatically pull up into the receptacle like it should. You also cannot turn the light off and it can be too bright at the wrong times

Terrible product!
This warmer is absolutely the most monumentally useless device ever invented. It does a minimally acceptable job at warming the first couple of wipes. The rest of the design is so poorly executed it’s just abysmal. The tabs that close the wipe compartment are so tight that you need a pry bar to get it open. I had to cut them off for it to be usable. The light inside the warmer seems entirely pointless not to mention that it so bright you could use it to power a lighthouse. Had to cover it up with duct tape to make it bearable. Would highly not recommend this product. I can’t believe there aren’t more negative reviews.

Poor Quality Product
This is a poor product overall. The heat comes from the lid, and so only the top wipe gets warm. If you need to use more than one, wipe, he might as well use cold wipes. Additionally, like others have mentioned on this review, the lid is terribly hard to open. I have to keep a screwdriver nearby if I want to put new wipes in. I am planning on returning this product and going to look for a higher rated one.

Highly recommend wipes warmer
We purchased this wipes warmer in 2023 and used it all the time for our first. Then we tucked it away for about a year and now we have been using it for the past 4 months with our second baby. I think it works great! It warms the first like 5 or 6 wipes on top. I don’t find the light too bright. It’s a nice little glow to help us see during night time changes. It’s easy to refill & the trick is to put a very small amount of water in the bottom so the wipes stay damp. When you open the whole top, it stays open as you refill it with wipes, and all it needs is a little extra push to close it. I would highly recommend, especially for newborns, as warm wipes are nice on their skin.

Veey cheap and horrible lid

My baby boy loves a warm wipe! And regardless of how long they stay warm he seems to prefer them so no complaints there. BUT! This stupid this is impossible to open to refill! I had to use a flathead screw driver to pry it open! You also cannot turn off the night light.

Munchkin bright and warm wipe warmer.
You can’t turn off the nightlight or dim it. My son said you could land a plane in his child’s room with all the light from it. You have to unplug it to have it off and that defeats the purpose.
