Highly unreliable. My first machine broke after 3 months. It stopped cycling water during the wash portion. It was replaced under warranty. The second machine fails to run one out of three times due to random sensor issues; it’s only two months old. It’s unfortunate because it cleans fairly well, but rarely runs when I need it to. Buy a different brand!!

A second pair of hands

Comes in handy during the night. I like when I'm tired I just load it and press start. Since the wash, sterilize and dry feature can take a long time it's useful when I wake up. Not a fan that I have to buy a rack for my wearable pump but I just wash that and still load it up and use the sterizle and dry feature. Wish it had a bigger capacity for bottles, but it doesn't take up much space on the table.

Died after nine months, replacement leaks

In theory, this is great! I really like it for my pump parts. My house is filled with distilled water jugs though. It takes almost a full one to run, so be mindful of that. After nine months, the motor gave out. Then the replacement they sent is leaking. Its easier to hand wash sometimes.

Amazing!

I love this thing the only downfall is I wish it washed a little more than just 4 bottles at a time. Other than that, love it! Saves me time from cleaning while taking care of my 9 day old babe.

Error 4 code

Love it when it works. But it throws the E4 error code ALL THE TIME! So the little floaty circle thing below is getting stuck. I've descaled it, washed all parts, even changed water and it's still getting stuck.

My kids are Dr. Browns bottle kids, and I only liked the way thy cleaned via hadwash (not my dishwasher, sadly). This machine has changed everything! Only downside is the bottle nipples and green vent are supposed to go on the same spot in the machine so they don't get washed at the same rate as the bottles/green long vent/white caps.
