A: The formula mixer does not have a heating plate in it. If you want a warm bottle then you may need the bottle warmer.

I received the Baby Brezza Formula Pro as a gift and started using it for my newborn baby. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working after only 4 days. Since it was a gift, I don’t have a receipt, but our baby is just 5 days old and we were depending on it. I contacted support, but they said the warranty had expired based on the manufacture date, even though we had barely used the product. Very disappointing experience for a new parent.

Bought this machine thinking it would simplify our formula feeding needs for our newborn. Changed setting to the recommended one for our formula brand and we were off and running until we noticed the machine dispensing more water than the ratio needed causing our 3 week old daughter to consume more water than formula and a trip to the pediatrician. We trusted the machine would do its job and it failed us and our little one.
