The color is very much different than they advertise. The Mocha is a dark brown, not the muted mauvy tan like some of the photos.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear the color didn’t meet your expectations. Lighting, photography, and screen settings can sometimes make the Mocha fabric appear lighter or more muted in images than it is in person. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will pass this along to our team. Warm regards, The Baby Delight Team

I'm not functional if you intend to use in more than one spot.

Bouncer function is great and at a great price point. The design however from a safety standpoint is very poor. Bouncer does not stay locked in place if you move it. I called customer service to trouble shoot incase I was not properly locking it to the newborn level but was told by baby delight that it is designed to pop out of the incline setting when lifted or moved. If you intend to use this product in various spots in your home to place your baby, I would think twice. You cannot move it to set your bag down in it without having to unlock and readjust the incline. This is even more important for newborn moms who need it in the safe include for a newborn. When it pops out of that setting, it’s on the steepest include of which I would not put an infant who is learning to hold their head.

    From Baby Delight team
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take product safety very seriously, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The bouncer is designed so that the incline position must be reset after the product is lifted or moved. This safety feature ensures that the seat is always intentionally locked into place by the caregiver before use, preventing accidental use at an unintended angle. However, we understand how this may feel inconvenient, especially for parents using the newborn incline. The newborn position should always be manually confirmed and locked before placing a baby in the seat. If the bouncer is moved, it is important to recheck the incline setting to ensure it is in the appropriate position for your child’s age and developmental stage. Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our product development team as we continually evaluate ways to improve ease of use while maintaining safety standards. If you have additional questions or would like assistance reviewing the locking mechanism, we’re here to help.

Came quickly and works as intended. Can't give it 5 stars since we didn't receive the right dangles. It's not the biggest deal, but koalas and leaves don't match our space themed nursery.

This is awful and cheaply made, not Organic.

I bought this due to the claims of being organic. Not only is it not actually all organic material, it’s absolutely terrible. It never fully locks into place, if you move it the height adjustment completely changes, the seat is made of cold, uncomfortable mesh, there’s no actual support and my newborn almost fell out immediately. The toy bar doesn’t attach securely at all and the entire thing just feels like a massive piece of cheap junk. Incredibly disappointed in this purchase.

We love this bouncer! It folds so much slimmer than I expected, and the bag has the perfect length straps to hang over your shoulder. It’s also light. We can’t wait to use this for our baby and anticipate taking it everywhere with us, as it is so convenient! 10/10 recommend.

Difficult to assemble because of incorrectly sized screws

Incredibly difficult to assemble because the screws do not fit the holes properly. There are only a few assembly steps, but the incorrect screw size made the assembly take way longer than it should have.
