My baby loves this he can be there all day if i let him!

Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn’t even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!

Stopped swinging and it’s only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn’t work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.

Do not buy!!! My mother in law got this swing for a good price: and we absolutely loved it at first. Our baby is 3 months old and it has already quit working!!! We are so disappointed in it!! The motor legit is just stuck!!

We received it as a baby shower gift. It was working great for the first couple of months. Now it makes noise and it sounds like it is missing some parts. I can’t use it anymore.

Got this a a baby shower gift from my dad. Baby girl loves it but it makes a lot of noise like metal rubbing against each other. Also squeaks when the humidity is high. I’m afraid it’s going to break soon with how much it rubs. Update: the swing has now stopped moving. Still turns on and sounds as if it’s swinging but doesn’t move. Very frustrated and disappointed. My baby loves this swing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy this due to the price and not knowing how much I would actually use it. Fast forward a couple days and it has already justified its price. My baby when all other needs are met, she is fed and changed, but is still inconsolable, I put her in this and within a few minutes it has found the right combo to soothe her and sometimes even put her to sleep. It has given me a sense of peace when I need to do some work around the house, knowing she is safe and content and that if she starts to fuss it will change modes/speeds/sounds to hopefully relax her back to being her happy self. The only con I have is the cover being a light color. I am always worried about her having a diaper blow out and if the fabric was a darker color it would make me feel better. But other than that it was an easy set up, and she seems to enjoy it! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend if you are needing some time back in your day to be baby free but still have peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing is wonderful for my newborn. She spits up a lot and so it’s really nice to have somewhere to set her in an upright position. There are so many features to this swing but truthfully I prefer to have her on a low rock and no sounds and that has always done the trick to calm her down and keep her happy. The overall quality of the swing is good. I obviously will only use this within the weight limit but if I had my two year crawl onto it I would be a little worried it would get damaged. The mobile figures are super cute and the design is very nice and goes well in any room in my house. I received an incentive to write this review.

Seat is too deep for my 4 month old @ 13.5 lbs. he gets uncomfortable after short time and feels like he needs to stretch out but can not. Maybe meant for small new borns only ? The cry sensor works really well and the quality is pretty good. But I just don’t feel like this would last any newborn for too long referring to size.

I love how adjustable the seat is and that the tilt is so easy to change. We had another popular brand baby swing that went side-to-side and my daughter didn’t seem to love it. She really loves that this one goes front-to-back, so I got rid of that other swing the day we got this one! I also like that this has a much smaller footprint than most front-to-back swings. The multiple sound options and swing settings are great features. This swing definitely seems worth the money. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby swing is trendy looking with upscale finishes. It is well cushioned and has so many adjustments. I like that it has a wide range of tilt that is appropriate for the newborn stage, all the way to toddler. The baby cry detector is a cool feature as well. It has a good variety of sounds and the white noise sound really did help soothe my four month old granddaughter when she was crying. I think this swing will get plenty of use from my grandbabies! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Graco does it again. This swing isn’t your ordinary swing. First of all, the padding is so soft and cozy any baby would love it. The seatbelt is good quality material and gives me peace of mind knowing my baby is secure. This has a smart sense, so when my baby is crying it switches up the type of movement, it increases the speed and vibration to help soothe your baby. The recline on the seat is has 3 asjustabke settings which I like, since my baby has reflux. There’s several soothing sounds to listen to and the material is organic which is a plus. I only wish it swayed side to side because my baby loves that. The price is a tad bit expensive for a swing, however it is a very nice swing. I received an incentive to write this review.

This swing is….ok. We had issues with it working once a couple days after we bought it, but my husband was able to fix it (seemed like the glider mechanism was misaligned slightly?). I like that it reclines and has a variety of seat positions. A swing that responds to babies cries is a novel idea, but honestly not sure it’s really been that helpful or effective. It’s a nice swing, but overall I’m not sure it’s really worth the price tag. For whatever reason my kids have always seemed to prefer the swings that sway left to right rather than the forwards and backwards motion.

Baby shower gift. We got it on 3/14. It is 3/23 and apparently our 7lb newborn is too heavy or somehow broke the motor? It gets stuck after five or so swings on every swat Mode/speed

Not giving 5 stars because there's a clicking sound while it's being used. Otherwise, it's a nice swing. Aesthetically pleasing.

This item stopped swinging after 3 days of using it. I would not buy this. Save your money and get something better.

Broke after 3 months. Great while it lasted. Received as a gift for our baby shower and we were initially very excited it worked like a charm to soothe our baby on days she was fussy. Now it is just dead weight.

Ordered this swing to be delivered to my house, only to receive what looks like an inventory box full of baby carriers! Have called customer service 4 times waiting upwards of 4hrs with NO RESOLUTION and NO SWING!
