Q: My twins are 4 months old but really small for their age. How high can you adjust the foot platform? I'm afraid my babies will be too short even at the highest level to reach.
A: You can adjust the foot platform to any height you need as it easily adjust by releasing the clip and sliding up and securing the clip back down. It would work great for your children.

This is not the case. There are four different levels you can adjust the hight to. My babies are way to short even at the tallest level to use this. I'm very disappointed.

Q: can the clear piece where the keyboard goes, be removed to clean up dirt undernreath?
A: The clear window is not made to be removed. We have heard from other parents that a q-tip or tooth pick with warm, soapy water can help clean between the cracks!

Q: When should you adjust the height of the foot platform?
A: The child's feet should not be flat nor not touching. When you see the child's feet resting flat on the platform, it is time to lower it.

Q: So I asked what all the plastics were used in this were and one of the plastics listed was PVC but I see another answer saying this is PVC free. So does this use PVC and if so in which parts?
A: Skip Hop does not intentionally use materials that contain phthalates, BPA or PFAS. In the activity center, we use a safe type of PVC for the suction cups. However, the type of PVC does not contain phthalates and is tested to meet all safety regulations for phthalates and other restricted chemicals.

Q: Is this considered “hip healthy” for infants?
A: The wide seat in our Activity Center helps support baby’s legs, but it is also important to set the platform at the right height for baby’s feet (as per the instructions). Parents should always limit the length of baby’s supervised sessions in the Activity Center, and discuss further concerns with their pediatrician.
