Q: Does the bottom of the legs required to be strapped down?

The Play Gym is designed to be fully stable only when the wooden legs are secured into the mat's corner tabs. This prevents the arches from shifting or slipping while your baby plays.     Love this play gym

    I purchased this play gym for my. grandson and he loves it! When he gets the wiggles, I put him on the mat that comes with it and he plays and plays with all the hanging toys and loves to shake the stuffed rattles on the mat. It is a great item and one that will be enjoyed by my other grandbaby on the way!

    Worth Every Penny!

    I honestly hesitated because of the price, but now I completely understand the hype. My 11-week-old absolutely loves it! The high-contrast cards, hanging toys, textures, and especially the rainbow spiral keep him engaged during almost every wake window. It has become our favorite daily activity. The quality is outstanding, everything feels thoughtfully designed, and I love that the toys can grow with my baby through different developmental stages. It also gives me a few precious minutes to enjoy my coffee while watching him happily explore. If you’re debating whether it’s worth the investment, I can confidently say yes. I have no regrets!

    Just what we needed!

    We have 3 older children who who are more independent when it comes to learning and play time. We needed something for our youngest baby girl to call her own and to help her develop at her own pace. This set is perfect for her and I highly recommend it

    Essential toy

    You can’t skip out on this. My son has used this play gym daily since he was born 8 months ago. All his senses are activated with the toys and this has been a big part of his developments.

    If I was only going to buy one thing for the first 3 months - 1 year I would buy this. My LO absolutely LOVES the cover that came with this. This has also been the only way to get him to do tummy time for an extended period. The booklet that comes with ideas has been super helpful as well when I’m sleep deprived but want an activity to do lol. The only thing I wish was that the cards that came with were a mix of the black and white, black white and red, and the colorful ones in the charmer kit to help with continued growth through the first year.

    Open item right away!

    This review is regarding customer service for this product. not the product itself. I received this product as a gift for baby. When opened, I saw that the playmat was covered in stains. I contacted customer service who told me to take the product to the store and they would be able to process an exchange even though the return window had passed since the item was used. The store told me that they are unable to exchange since the return window had passed and I need to contact customer service. Customer service then told me they are unable to exchange the product even though it has stains and was previously used. I never expected to receive a stained and used baby item. Strongly recommend that you open this item right away to make sure it's actually new because if you miss the return window, there's nothing target will do about it and you will be stuck with a dirty, used playmat.

    Don't bother with anything else!

    We bought version 1 for our kids and we literally used it EVERYDAY until early toddlerhood (thanks to the tent)! We loved it so much we are upgrading it for our newest family members.

    i've given many of these as baby gifts and my only 'complaint' is that lovery does not send a gift note to let the recipient know who purchased the item. how hard would it be to modify your checkout page to include a gift note?
