portable and gets baby's energy out
Our baby likes this over any swing we have. He isn't so compact in it like a swing seat. also love that its portable so I can take it anywhere in the house (cook, shower). it props baby up pretty well after a bottle. between the rocking and bouncing it gets a lot of energy out for baby. my toddler did pick a rubber piece off the bottle already though but that's no biggie.

Not great
I had two of these for twins. They are not that great, except for a place holder. The Vibration broke after 2 uses on one of them. The seats are dipping in and you can only wash the top insert so after one mess it’s nasty for life. I’m so disappointed because I bought two. I wish I had something else to compare it to so I could have see the downfalls sooner and returned it. I was running low on options they came early, and got whatever was available. I do not recommend.

You can’t clean it. A baby product with cloth that can’t be cleaned should be grounds for a lawsuit.

Does what it is supposed to do
I placed our baby here to try it out for the first time, I turned on the tummy massage function and he had a blowout by the time the music turned off by itself. I didnt even realize it helps with constipation until I saw that but now it makes sense lol Im happy it actually does what it is supposed to do. Only downside is that the whole thing is not machine washable, aside from the top pad. Just make sure youre ready for a messy blowout when you use this.

My 3 week old newborn doesn’t fit. The strap is way too tight. And all the features only stay on for a total of 5 minutes and they turn off. Do not recommend.

It Turns ON by itself
We have had this bouncer for about two weeks and while we think it's okay for our twin girls, we are a little concerned that it has been turning on by itself. We realize it does turn off by itself but after several days it just started randomly turning on. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but wanted to mention it in case.

I wish the shoulder straps were seperate and adjusted
I hate the straps. I've tried for 24 hours to adjust them the ones that go over the shoulder are too tight even if I could move them down which i can't because they are sewn in. It is easily moveable. I only grabbed this one because besides a 200 dollar one and this there wasn't another option.

Baby seat needs some further work
Well, I like the baby seat overall but, needs some fixing.. 1. It can’t be wash!! My son threw up since he has tummy issues; 2. The harness is weird lol, I can’t explain it.. it doesn’t close properly; 3. The massage machine doesn’t really sit on the belly area lol; 4. The control area where you turn on the massage, music, vibration, etc… doesn’t last.. we only used the seat for 2-3 weeks and the control area stopped working 😭.. 5. The seat isn’t really a bouncer it’s more a baby seat massager, my baby didn’t /wasn’t able to bounce till he was 6 months lol. Other than those issues, I do like that it is light to travel with it, my sons enjoyed.

Perfect for collic period
After 1.5 months using it I can tell.this - my child loves it in sense of he always can poop when he is in there. We used it when he had tommy pain and somehow he always ended up pooping in this chair. Otherwise minus is that buttons are worn off allready, faded away after 1.5 months use and closing binder is also allr3ady broken from frequent use. I can say we used it every day. And please explain me why the toy is not facing the baby but patent ? And you can't change it or am I dumb ?

Not easily washable!
My baby absolutely loved this product. Considering it is marketed with the belly rub feature, it’s targeted towards kids with belly issues. The only easily washable part is the cushion. The rest of the fabric does not come off. We learned this after a huge throw up incident and can not get the smell out.

Its fine if you just need a place to set your baby
Overall this is a good bouncer that I can easily take around the house. It is lightweight. The belly massage function is basically useless. I have a long baby but even as a newborn the massager never reached his belly. It is way too short and not very adjustable. I thought I got a defective bouncer as the zebra is facing away from the baby but it seems that a lot of people had the same issue. It is definitely a design flaw. My baby is 15 pounds now and is pretty much laying flat at this point. It’s not really meant for bigger babies.

Cannot wash the chair because of battery
The belly massager is useless. I would rather it not have this function and be cheaper. This massager part cannot be taken away if you dislike its existence because it is connected to the harness and it is very heavy to use on infants’ bellies. My baby pooped on the chair, so I had to wash the chair. And of course the machine battery is broken after touching the water. So after one month, I have been using it under broken condition. It is hanging from the chair. My baby’s heels keep banging on this hard surface. This chair needs to be designed with upgrades please. I would not recommend buying this chair.
