Ergobaby Evolve Baby Bouncer

In the beginning, I was choosing between a swing and a bouncer. I had previously purchased a swing online, but it didn't work well—the plug-in type broke easily, and when the baby sat in it, they sank down a lot. There wasn't enough neck support, so it was easy for my baby to choke on his own saliva. Ergobaby bouncer provides sufficient support and has three adjustable recline positions, which is very suitable. My baby can sit and play with toys on his own, allowing me to free up my hands a bit to do other things (like eating!). It's also easy to move around, which makes it convenient to bring my baby to wherever company is needed. I think this is a great lounger for babies before they're able to sit up on their own!

Love this bouncer, and our baby fits really well in it. It does exactly what we need it to do, and functions great. Our 2mo old (approx. 10-11lbs) fit in there with the infant insert and we have had no issues. The material of the bouncer however, leaves our babys hair matted - which are a pain to get out of babys hair. Its still baby hair (soft, not textured yet), but both my partner and I have wavy/curly hair. So we had custom covers made to go over the bouncer (part blow out protection, and part hair protection).

My 5 month old grandson loves it. He clearly feels secure and comfortable in it because he has fun making it bounce himself.

This chair is the only reason we get to eat dinner in peace. Highly recommend!

Wish I could collapse it with one hand but otherwise our baby and I both love it!! So comfy with the newborn insert.

We loved this bouncer so much for our baby that we have recommended it and gifted it. The material is very soft and washes well. Love the newborn insert. It has a soft gentle bounce. One con is that they toy bar with the sea animals doesn't stay on very well.

We love this bouncer. We like that it’s safe and ergonomically correct for our growing girl. It’s very sturdy and she seems comfortable in it. We also love that she can bounce herself and that there are no batteries. It’s a splurge but absolutely worth it. We used our registry discount for this and we are so happy with it.

I love the fact that you can use this bouncer from newborn with the insert. My little one loves relaxing in this bouncer while I do things around the house. We have used this bouncer everyday since buying it, love it!

Safe, solid construction, it comes pre-assembled, and the blue is really cool looking. No complaints here

I love the fact that it can grow with my daughter. I love the material as well. The fabric is for soft. Another thing is not if it is not being used I can easily fold it flat and put it away underneath her crib or beside the couch. Amazing purchase

My little guy loves it. Really happy I also purchased the toys that go over head, keeps him entertained for awhile. Easy to take off and wash too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic bouncer. As a mom of 3, I’ve used my share of the other bouncer brands, & I wish this one had existed for my first! It’s sturdy, easy to use (& secure), made of high quality materials & looks great. This will last through from infant-hood to beyond toddler years. Highly recommend. Pros: The infant insert actually maintains its support firmly padded. It keeps little one safely & comfortably in position. The fabric is breathable, wipeable, & easy to remove to throw in the wash. It’s also very well secured so when installed it doesn’t bunch up like some others. Love the foot control to raise/lower the bouncer. This allows you to easily & gently lower little one into a horizontal position once they’ve snoozed off without jostling. Toddler loves the ability to actually bounce the seat! It’s unfortunately rare in a toddler seat to allow their movement, which is all toddlers want to do, so this was phenomenal. The lock is perfect to keep older siblings from deciding to raise & lower little one on their own. It was very easy to transition between baby & toddler then back again, so younger & older ones can use it without issue. It stands up to older sibling (6 Y.O.) deciding to take it for a few bounces. It folds down to be extremely compact & easily slides into the car for trips. It looks great - not intense bright colors like so many kid items - so it won’t be an issue hanging in the living room for years to come. Cons: The instruction book is thick due to each language having its own warning page. (The instructions themselves are relatively clear.) The clips are difficult to tuck into the slits when converted to a toddler chair. The warning label is top center of the chair. (Obviously important information, but not the most photo-worthy location!) I was given this bouncer to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel (& if I hadn’t been I’d buy it!)
