I have twins, a boy and a girl, who have been the exact same height since birth. About a year ago, my son became self conscious about his height, so I started giving him TruHeight gummies. My daughter has never taken them and only takes a regular multivitamin. Despite taking TruHeight consistently for over a year, my son remains one of the shortest in his class. During that same time, my daughter has grown about two inches taller than her twin brother. This feels like a real life side by side comparison, and in our experience, the gummies did not make any difference. Based on our experience, any growth attributed to TruHeight is coincidental rather than caused by the product.

My son really wanted to try their products. I bought him the protein powder, the growth capsules, the sleep gummies, and the brain gummies for Christmas. The protein powder is one of the worst tasting drinks I've ever had. We tried it with water, milk, in a smoothie. Gross. Neither one of us could drink it. The brain gummies smell and taste like fish and made us feel like we were burping fish oil for hours after. The sleep gummies are fine, although I'm not sure they really do anything. And the growth capsules are easy to take. The reason I give the bad review is for their customer service. When I purchased, I saw claims of "money back guarantee." I should have read more closely. They only give you your money back if the product is up-opened. How can you try something without opening it? So no you can't get your money back. I emailed them and said I had a few unopened bottles. I can't return those because I'm outside the 30 day window. This was a Christmas gift so I bought them a few weeks before Christmas and tried them for a week but I was still outside the return window. I asked if we could be offered a discount on some of the products we did like because the other ones are inedible. Nope. Don't fall into this scam. I should have done more research. There are much better tasting protein drinks out there and upon looking closer at their ingredients in the supplements, they're just multivitamins. Choose a better brand like First Day or Hiya.
