It provides Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Zinc, all essential for healthy bone growth and immune support. The liquid form is easy to take, and the packaging is sturdy and convenient. It’s also a good value for the price. The only downside for us is the taste. It’s not our favorite, even though it’s labeled as natural orange flavor and tastes great. Overall, it’s effective and worth it if you can get past the flavor.

Maybe it’s the fact that it’s in liquid form is it a little unsettling and not knowing how it’s going to taste?

The taste was interesting for me, like healthy where it is I know that this is going to be good for me, so I can drink it. The kids liked it too after I tasted too.

Unfortunately this didn’t work out for me it tasted like baby aspirins from my childhood
