  • A: For me, as a teenager myself it is a much better option compared to monster or red bull. Something my parents used to do was research the energy drink before letting me have it, just because of all the nasty ingredients out there. While energy drinks aren't the best for you this one is definitely a lot better then Monster or Red bull!
