These taste great but make sure you get the right ones.
these candies are great but BEWARE. Target puts the high fiber versions in the same candy aisle as other candy and next to the normal Shameless Candy. You may end up getting the high fiber version by mistake and not discover it until it's too late!..:)

I love these gummies!
I loved the flavor of these. To me, they aren’t really sour, but still have great fruit flavor. The only thing I disliked was the price! I am hoping these will eventually go down in price a bit. This bag I bought, was a size with 3 servings, so make sure you don’t “eat the whole bag”, like I assume some people are. They are high in fiber, so of course if you eat all 3 servings you will have stomach upset. They do tell you that on the bag!

These gummies taste great, but like many other people in the comments, one serving is 26 grams of fiber. i had 3 servings over the course of the day and can no longer use the bathroom. be warned

Stay vigilant of how much you're eating at once
I really like these my only issue is the marketing that you can “eat the whole bag in one sitting.” I can maybe eat one serving in a sitting, but if I eat anymore at once, my stomach cramps and it really hurts. So no, I don’t think just anyone can do that. And you won’t know until you’re too far into the bag without paying close attention. That’s my biggest complaint with these. Especially because in their FAQ section on their website people specifically ask questions around serving sizes and they repeatedly answer with “you won’t want to stop,” which may be inaccurate. Other than that, I just recommend you take things easy at first to see how your stomach handles them! And then go from there! They are the best healthy candy alternative I’ve found so far.

When you buy sour candy, you should be able to expect sour candy. This wasn’t sour - at all. Sweet in fact but no sour. $7 a bag and not as advertised. I also had the worst gas for hours so not something I’d get again.
