Eat these only if you want to poop your pants. I'm so serious, I only ate a few and my stomach has been messed up for 10 hours. I found a Reddit post of multiple people saying they pooped their pants after eating these and let me tell you... I was close.

These are the best gummies I've tried so far! Ive got a major sweet tooth and these answer that craving. I've seen a few reviews about it giving them diarrhea. Its got tons of fiber. You shouldn't eat a lot of these if you aren't used to getting plenty of fiber in your diet. Best advice.... Slowly work your way up to eating a full serving till you know it won't cause digestive issues. I also saw comments about these gummies being low sugar but high carbs. They, again, are high in fiber. Fiber is considered a carb. If you want less carbs, get your low sugar candy with less fiber.

I was shocked bc I’ve had other shameless snacks and none tasted like this. They have a strong chemical flavor. I’m not sure if it’s from the high sugar alcohol or what but taste is overpowering and not enjoyable!

These are mid at BEST. To me they taste like soap. I much prefer Joyride, or even Smart Sweets over these. I’m so upset at myself for getting the big bag lol, should’ve stuck that I know. They’re also absolutely not sour at all??? Also I’ve been a bit constipated so I guess I’m grateful for the laxative!

I experienced significant gastrointestinal symptoms after eating this product. After researching, the product contains multiple sugar alcohols and fibers known to cause digestive upset. The last three hours of ten hour flight were spent in and out of the lavatory.
