I really expected these to be too good to be true....now I'm only afraid my candy cravings will come back! Lol Negative reviews are the people that didn't read up on these to heed the warning of eating too many at once. I've lost 150 lbs recently by counting every macro. I've missed plain ol fruit snacks, and also used to love sour patch candy before beginning my new healthier lifestyle. These truly taste like, and are the exact size/texture/consistentcy as the candy, but with so little calories and SO MUCH FIBER! Win win!!! If I had to guess, I'd say there's probably 50-60 candies per bag...more than I expected. Only problem- trying not to eat so many that I overload on fiber lol

These are really good gummies if you’re looking for something “healthier”. They definitely make you go, but you don’t need a lot for this to happen. Below the serving amount for sure. I had about 5 or so, and it had me going the next morning. No diarrhea, but definitely cleaned me out. So proceed with caution.

DO NOT EAT!!!! I had a serving and my stomach felt a little off but I shrugged it off and went to bed, woke up an hour later projectile vomiting. Mind you I ate foods that don’t get me sick like that throughout the day so it was definitely the gummies. Would not recommend.

Tasty treats to enjoy in moderation
These are so dang good. Since one package is 3 servings, I have to restrain myself a little because no one needs 3x their daily fiber. I'm guessing some of the people with negative comments about GI issues either don't already eat much fiber, or they ate more than one serving. I'd suggest proceeding with caution until you know how they're going to make you feel. I eat adequate fiber normally, so they didn't bother my stomach. The flavors have some complexity beyond just sweetness, the watermelon is my favorite for that reason. I do wish some were a little more sour, but I see they now sell an extra sour variety pack, too. They're not cheap, but I feel like they're worth the cost.

Diarrhea Town
Well. I should've read the comments first. My husband got me these because I'm trying to lose weight. I had some before bed and awoke at 4am to all sorts of noises coming from the depths of my body and needing to RUN to the bathroom. I'm now taking immodium to stop the madness. This also happened to me when I ate sugar-free peanut butter cups. So much for taking out sugar. It's not worth spraying liquid diarrhea for hours.
