The change in texture you're seeing comes from a process called "chocolate bloom" which happens when our snacks are exposed to temperatures above our recommended threshold of 55°F - 65°F. All of our products are made in a facility that also processes milk chocolate, so there’s always a risk of cross-contamination.     Good low sugar bar.

    I buy thse fuel to the low sugar per bar but I am disappointed in the low percrnt cocoa. I am used to dark chocolate bars from Europe being 80% or more. This tastes more like what milk chocolate used to be. I will continue to purchase thse when the ones from Europe are not readily available.
