These are not a better value than mainstream peanut butter cups, they’re fairly expensive for what you get. Higher quality ingredients? Probably. But does that pay off in the flavor department? For me, it does not. The filling is a bit too gritty, they also added chocolate liquor to the dark chocolate. For some this may be a plus, but I feel like it added an unpleasant flavor to the peanut butter cup as a whole. The filling ratio was alright, but the chocolate was a bit uneven — thick in some spots, thin in others. Overall, while these will get eaten, I don’t think they’re any improvement over the originals or TJ’s PB cups other than the sugar reduction.

On the positive side, these contain very few ingredients, were fresh, firmer in texture, and.not full of chemicals like the common comparable childhood favorites. They are tiny snack sized, 80 calories, and average approximately a dollar each. Since there are only 6 in a package, and I did not enjoy it, they are not a good value in my opinion.
