    Crazy procedure for melted candy on arrival

    The candy arrived very melted and when I reported that on the Target it says I need to contact you by calling. That is crazy I reported the issue and a refund should be granted without having to make a phone call that I don’t have time for. This is for candy that is about $6.50, why can’t you just refund that melted candy?

    BETTER than REESES!

    yum. these taste like reeses but only WAY better. I have never understood the peanut butter cup rave and always think oh please, they're not even THAT good! I only bought these for some variety since I had the caramel nougat and coconut ones. These blew me out of the water though - they taste so much better than Reeses!! I'd even go as far to say that they're as tasty as the caramel nougat and the coconut. And like I said in another review: I know all these candies are priced way too high vs. buying more that are unwrapped to get more for your money but I find I will eat only one if they're wrapped like this but I'll eat the entire bag in 3 days if they aren't so for me it's a necessity even though it costs more.

    I was very hesitant, especially because this product is a bit spendy… but omg these are SO so good! When I need a little sugar fix, one of these is perfect. I also bought the milk chocolate gems (really good) and also the nougat/nut bars (good but a lot less in the bag than the peanut butter cups).

    Something wrong with my bags

    These used to be my favorites, however with my recent purchase the peanut butter is almost white, chalky, and lacking in peanut butter flavor and consistency. They are inedible and leave a terrible aftertaste.

This is something we're working closely to resolve, as our products should always be fresh, creamy and delicious! The change in quality you're referring to comes from a process called chocolate bloom which typically happens when our product is exposed to temperatures above our recommended threshold of 55°F - 65°F. The heat causes the oils in the nut butter filling to separate, move, and unfortunately dry out. Although we always ship our products in refrigerated trucks and pay very close attention to the quality throughout the process, sometimes, somewhere along the way they become exposed to higher temperatures - even if just for a moment. These chocolates are still entirely safe to consume, it's just not the UNREAL experience we want you to have!
