  • A: Hi jane. Please change all of the batteries with new Brand name alkaline batteries like Duracell/Energizer. Please note that not all battery voltage is the same and the battery type makes a difference in the functionality of the toy. Once the batteries are changed, please turn the snake On and then point the remote at the snake to get it moving when the buttons are pressed. If you have tried this and are still experiencing issues, we invite you to exchange your new toy directly with Target. The Battat Team

Q: How far away from the snake does the remote work? If the remote and snake are separated by a glass barrier will it still work? Does the remote have to be in front of the snake all the time for it to work?

Q: Where is the battery compartment on the snake? I opened the bottom of the head compartment and it's just the wheels.

    Boo hiss don't buy.

    Sadly I bought not one but two of these and neither one worked. We tried several new batteries and nothing could make this work. I had a very upset grandson!

    Crappy toy

    This is the most frustrating and stupid toy. I have yet to experience. The instructions are terrible. They’re in 10 languages, but in all languages, they are terrible. It is unclear that the snake head requires four batteries, it is not logical to flip the snake right side up to see whether or not the battery compartment requires two more. Took 30 minutes of investigation to finally solve this problem. Once we get the snake going, it was very cool for about one minute and then it died. This is going right back to target.

    DONT BUY THIS TRASH.

    Who made this toy? Genuinely who is the person who designed this? Why are the still on the team? This is the WORST design toy I’ve ever seen in my life. Why do I need to go through so much to put batteries in the head ? Literal garbage.

    Doesnt work

    Never worked

    Narrow operating envelope

    Very cute RC toy. My daughter loves it. However it’s very sensitive to anything but a large smooth/hard surfaces area. It bottoms out just running over a fallen fish towel on the hard kitchen floor.

    Dont buy this.
