  • A: Make sure you have put 2x AAA batteries on BOTH sides of the battery compartment (4x AAA in total). The instructions are not clear about this at all.

Q: Where is the battery compartment on the snake? I opened the bottom of the head compartment and it's just the wheels.

    Never worked

    We bought this and it never worked. We put multiple new batteries in it and pushed the reset button. It never worked even though it was brand new. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Disappointed

    My kids were so excited for their new green anaconda, but after installing it and putting in batteries the toy doesn’t work. The snake doesn’t turn on and I have tried everything to fix it but it doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to do.

    Just what my kid wanted

    Never worked

    Fake Snake

    Poor design choice. The battery compartment isn't accessible. Its a hassle. First off it was on the clearance rack, marked down for a reason. And it took 45 mins for me put the batteries in.

    Doesn't work.

    Would give zero stars. Brand new out of the box, didn’t work. We tried all of the troubleshooting tips, multiple brand new bateries. Nothing worked. Very disappointed especially seeing as we paid $21.
