Excellent indoor activity toy but for the age of 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the B. toys balance set from Influenster. It is an excellent and highly recommended toy for active indoor play that effectively helps children develop their gross motor skills, balance, and coordination. This versatile set uses textured, brightly colored planets as stepping stones and curved beams that form an asteroid belt encouraging creative, open-ended activities like building obstacle courses. While the pieces generally stack neatly for simple storage, a significant design flaw noted is that the final unit of the outer ring (the asteroid belt) does not click or fit together perfectly due to its connecting mechanism. A key caution for parents is that the set can still pose a tripping hazard for very young children who are still mastering their balance, so adult supervision is essential during playtime, aligning with its recommended age of 3 and up.

Perfect Toddler Birthday Gift

Bought this as a gift for my two year old niece who loves to climb, and she’s really enjoying it! We love being able to change the set up and move things around to keep things interesting for her. My only suggestion would be to add a more detailed description of how the beams lock together, and more importantly I wish the planets were labeled for education. Otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars!
