A: Hi Ddmar. Once the balls have been placed in the top ramp, you need to push the coin slot down and one ball will fall from under the the plastic ramp into the release slot. You can then press the coin slot down again to remove the last ball. Thank you. The Battat Team

Best toy for 1 year olds and toddlers!
This toy is awesome. My one year-old got it for his first birthday, but my 3 1/2 year-old has also really been enjoying it and enjoyed the number aspect in the colors. If a one year-old and a three-year-old can both enjoy the same toy, you know it’s a winner.
