    disappionted

    Several components have broken on this toy truck. The metal toggle has broken, and the cable/cord has also broken. Both parts will need to be repaired or replaced. My grandson has thoroughly enjoyed playing with this toy despite these issues. I purchased it in May, and he received it as a birthday gift in June. Unfortunately, after only about one month of normal play, these parts failed. I am disappointed that a toy intended for children did not hold up longer under regular use.

    Cute but...

    The plug bit came out completely just from normal use. I was able to super glue it back in but now the light doesn’t work. It’s cute and my son is obsessed with it but definitely not worth the price.

    Nice while it lasted... but CHOKING HAZARD

    Nice while it lasted... but within 1 week of gentle kid use, the "hose" which is basically a wire plug / jack came completely detached from the board, exposing small pieces and the internal electrical components. It's not able to be fixed or popped back in and frankly it's a CHOKING and SAFETY HAZARD. Not exactly built for a 3 year old. Disappointed.

    Not fun

    Faulty light

    I was super excited to give this to my son for Christmas but I’m really disappointed in the quality. The switch that turns the firefighter’s window on doesn’t work unless I bang it a bunch of times. My son’s going to get frustrated so I’m not sure if I should even give it to him. I’m shocked that Melissa and Doug isn’t better quality.
