Pads great, but connectors are iffy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were really excited when we received this balance set. It seemed like a great way to play Floor Is Lava and similar games! However, they have ended up using it less than we expected. The pads are great, sturdy, and have a rubber-like grip that holds them in place on hard floors. The beams, however... they have no grip whatsoever. They don't connect to the pads (or each other) very well, often sliding sideways while the kids walk across them. My daughter feels unsafe using the beams. The beams just slide across the floor if I nudge them. The pads actually stay in place. This might be fine if every beam could connect directly to the pads... But they can't on both sides. The pads by themselves would be 5 stars, but the poor quality connecting beams bring it down to 3. We mostly just use the pads by themselves now.

Easy put together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My younger children love this balance beam! We prefer using it outside because its pretty big, but it can be used inside. Its colorful and the pads you step on all have a different texture for sensory. It's super easy to put together my 5 year old does it. All of the pieces stack nicely together for it to be stored away.

The height is perfect to avoid injury the rubber bottom keeps it from sliding around, and I loved that there are different ways to set it up, with helps keep kids interested longer.
